
W. Travis Biggs
Attorney
W. Travis Biggs is the president of Biggs Law Firm PLLC located in Denton, Texas. Travis is a graduate of the University of North Texas, Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, and Texas A&M School of Law. In 2001, Travis was hired by the leading law firm in Denton County, TX, Hayes, Coffey and Berry P.C. In 2004, Travis became a fee attorney office for Chicago Title and in 2005 opened Biggs Law Firm PLLC. Travis expanded his practice areas to include personal injury, business and consumer issues, family law, criminal law, and probate and real estate. Travis has supported many community service organizations including Friends of the Family, Boy Scouts (Eagle Scout), the Family Resource Center, CASA, Our Daily Bread Community Soup Kitchen. Travis was president of the Denton County Bar Association 2015-2016 after serving on the board of directors for 8 years. In 2016 Travis received an appointment to the Local Bar Services Committee for the State Bar of Texas by President Allan Dubois for which Travis served until 2022. Travis was also appointed to the District 14 Grievance Committee which he served for 6 years, of note Travis was selected to be the Chair of the District 14 Grievance Committee over five disciplinary panels comprised of lawyers and member of the public from 28 Texas counties for 2021-2022. Travis served as District Panel Chair for Panel 14-2 in 2022-2023.
